Occupational Health and Safety Policy
BroKrew Industrial (Pty) Ltd is in the business of producing world class products in a manner that delivers optimal value to its customers while maximizing profit to ourselves.
The Management team is committed to maintain an Occupational Health and Safety Management System which complies with the Spirit of the International Standard for Health and Safety Management System.
In pursuance of this objective, we undertake to:
- Comply with the OSHACT, Regulations and Standards of the Company, which are applicable to our activities, products and services.
- Work continuously to improve the effectiveness of our OSH Management System in order to minimize the impact on all
- relevant parties by implementing preventative measures.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the Management System and set attainable targets of:
- Zero reportable accidents
- Less than 10 minor accidents per annum
- Provide appropriate OSH training to ensure the effective involvement of all our employees in Occupational Health and Safety Management Actions.
- Support OSH awareness and responsibility among Suppliers and Contractors.
- Identify and take preventative actions to manage the potential and actual OSH impacts of our activities and products.
- Measure and monitor significant OSH aspects and impacts of our activities and products.
- Be prepared for emergency situations and respond appropriately to rectify the emergency situation within the scope of our Management sphere.
- Maintain open relations with Employees, Authorities, Customers and the Community.
- Communicate all relevant OSH Management issues to Employees, Authorities and the Community.

Environmental Control Policy
BroKrew Industrial (Pty) Ltd strives to have continuous improvement in environmental management activities such as waste minimization and pollution prevention and are committed to the integrated management of environmental issues such as experienced by our employees, neighbors and customers.
All activities in the company must be conducted with respect to its impact on the environment. We need it for the future.
