History

Broseal Ventilation has a very exhaustive and proud past history, dating back to 1927 then known as WC Brown supplying ventilation ducting to various mines in South Africa.

In 1936, the company expanded operations to the West Rand and established a factory today known as Factoria, Krugersdorp, from which the company still operates.

Since 1936 the Company experienced various mergers and Kairos Mining (Pty) Ltd acquired full control of the company during 2006.

Acquisition of Fan Business (Surface & Axial Flow Fans) during July 2006.

Name Change to BroKrew Industrial (Pty) Ltd in August 2006.
