Air Filtration
The cleaning efficiency of CFT dry de-dusters easily reach peak perfomances with almost 100% - regardless of dust concentration - separation, ie well below worldwide limits required by law. The intelligent and patented modular structure allows compact and flexible dimensions (including special sizes) and a variable perfomance design from 30 to 300 m3/min. The compact structure of the units can be split up and extended - and thus adapted to meet any site requirements. All filter housing is made of top-grade sheet steel to cope with all the challenges found in underground operations. The ducts for dust-laden and clean air are integrated in the housing. A variety of discharge systems is available such as a bunker with worm conveyor, a chain conveyor and snaking conveyor. Highly-efficient dust treatment plants ensure optimal dust disposal. All CFT dry de-dusters are certified in accordance with ATEX (an EU directive regarding the use of equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres). The required neutral pressure is generated by axial or radial ventilators. According to specific requirements, a variety of highly-specialised filters can be used.
